Kemah Needed a Real Cajun Icehouse
Boardwalk Ice House fills that gap. We smoke our wings for two hours at 250°F before they ever touch a fryer. Our crawfish étouffée starts with a hand-made blonde roux and the Holy Trinity. The Bushwacker runs thick enough to stand a spoon in. None of it comes out of a bag or off a truck.
We are not a chain. We are a Gulf Coast Cajun icehouse on the water in Kemah, Texas, built to be the spot you come back to every time the water calls you.
